Chapter policy specifies that registration for any chapter event including certification review classes requires pre-payment in full at the time of registration unless specific alternate arrangements are made with the instructor or chapter representative, for example, billing the attendees company with payment due prior to the start of class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Special events:

Registration fees for special events are non-refundable. A registered “seat”, however, can be transferred to a colleague – another employee at the registrant’s company, for example – at no additional charge with advance notice to the chapter coordinator or host. Special events are chapter activities with a registration fee that are not education events (certification review classes). These events require significant commitment of chapter funds for speaker fees and travel, venue, catering, etc. and rely on a certain minimum number of paid attendees to make the event possible.

Education Events:

Registered attendees for educational events (certification review classes) who withdraw from the class two weeks or more prior to the start date will be offered a refund of moneys paid less a 20% charge for administrative costs, through the same means the moneys were paid (Credit card/PayPal credit, check).

No refunds will be given for cancellation or withdrawal less than two weeks prior to the start of class. A different attendee from the same company and not already registered for the class may be substituted for the original registrant prior to the start of class or delivery of the learning materials, whichever is sooner.

No refunds are allowed after the start of class or after delivery of the learning materials, whichever is sooner.

Special cases will be considered on a case by case incident.

In the event of a cancellation of the class or event, refunds will be made to the person or entity that issued payment.
